- Arts - to increase participation of diverse ethnic, low-income individuals and communities in the arts
- Education - to increase K-5 student performance in math and literacy in Los Angeles County among low-income, minority and English learner students
- Health Care - to improve access to a regular, sustainable source of quality health care for low-income adults and children
- Human Development - to increase the ability of vulnerable populations to become self-sufficient, live independently and build connections with the community
- Neighborhood Revitalization - to create stable, vital, livable communities for low-income families and individuals in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods"
