Incorporated in 1947 in CA.The Fleishhacker Foundation was incorporated in 1947 as the Mortimer Fleishhacker Foundation. In 1988 it merged with the Janet and Mortimer Fleishhacker Foundation, creating one entity: the Fleishhacker Foundation.
