- Educational scholarships to employees of the Balfour Company (a New England-based company that distributes high-quality jewelry), as well as to their children and grandchildren
- Organizations serving the people of Attleboro, with special consideration given to those organizations that provide educational, human services, and health care programming for underserved populations
- Educational organizations within the 6 New England states, especially those that promote college readiness and access for underserved populations. Educational organizations are strongly encouraged to submit grant requests for general operating support. Program support will also be considered. Small, program-related capital expenses may be included in general operating or program requests.
