The foundation supports programs that enrich the lives of young people by engaging them in cultural activities, primarily through arts-in-education programs. Museums are one of their fields of interest. But they also support community and education programming in schools and community centers that promote cultural advancement. What I enjoyed about this site is the simplicity of the layout. Just a few tabs and you have what you need in terms of information and links. Their list of approved grants will give you an idea of just how broad their spectrum of generosity is.
They can provide the following types of support to HSJ:
General/operating support
Matching/challenge support
Program development
Technical assistance
